How to play Rise of the Tomb Raider earlier hours earlier using a NewZealand VPN

I'm not sure if this is allowed on other platforms but I am assuming you Steam allows using VPN service preload and play games earlier. I'm not from New Zealand which country unlocks Rise of the Tomb Raider hours earlier but I decided to use a VPN to access it early.

1. Firstly, you must use a free VPN to assume you are from New Zealand. I used FlyVPN's 14 day trial.
2. Now install its VPN Client, log with the free VPN accounts, and connect to free NewZealand server.
3. Now restart your steam and log in again.
4. Preload Rise of the Tomb Raider.
5. When the game released in Newzealand, select play and it should begin to install.
6. Now you can uninstall the VPN after it has been written and installed and you should be able to play Rise of the Tomb Raider without it.
