Players can apply CBT qualification before August 11. We tried to apply the qualification, but forgien IP addresses are blocked by HanGame JP. NHN PlayArt often releases games with an IP block. So if you want to play this game from abroad, you can try to find way to get around. The only way is to get connected with Japan VPN to change IP address into Japan. If you don't know what is it, search it in Google. Most of Japanese games are block forgien IP addresses, so players have to ask help from VPN service to bypass restriction.
