3: Log in on Hearthstone CN official websites. Then follow instructions below to get China Hearthstone Closed Beta Keys
A: Click 获取激活码.
B: Input your phone number.
C: Click 获取验证码. Then a verification code will be send to your phone.
D: Type the verification code you received.
E: Click 立即申请 to get closed beta key.
According the news I know, almost everyone can get closed beta key once applied.
